MotoGP World Championship Shake-up after Jerez Sprint Race: Updated Standings and Rider rankings

Following the Jerez Sprint Race, the MotoGP World Championship standings were updated after 8-second post-race penalties were awarded to Fabio Quartararo (3rd), Raul Fernandez (6th), Fabio di Giannantonio (13th), Jack Miller (14th), and Alex Rins (15th) for low tire pressure.

The new standings showed Jorge Martin in first place with 92 points, followed by Pedro Acosta in second with 63 points. Enea Bastianini dropped to third with 59 points, Maverick Viñales with 56 points, and Francesco Bagnaia with 50 points.

Brad Binder was now in sixth place with 49 points, Marc Marquez in seventh with 40 points, and Aleix Espargaro in eighth with 39 points. Fabio di Giannantonio moved up to ninth place with 25 points, while Fabio Quartararo climbed to tenth with 24 points.
