The Health Information System (HIS) has been operational in Azraq camp since April 2014. This report covers the period from 31 December 2022 to 29 December 2023, spanning from Week 01 to Week 52. All health facilities in Azraq camp are included in the report, and weekly reporting on the HIS is provided. The data includes information from the IMC Hospital, IMC clinic in Village 5, comprehensive AMR health facility, and AMR clinic in Village 2, as well as reproductive health services provided by IRC in Village 5 and the comprehensive health facility.
