Police Search for Man in Museum Sexual Assault Allegations: Description and Encouragement to Report

A man in his 30s who allegedly sexually abused a 10-year-old girl at the Museum of Science and Industry is being sought by Chicago police. The incident occurred on the museum’s second floor when the man followed the girl into a bathroom stall after offering to help her when she became separated from her group. Despite the girl’s attempts to fight him off, the man fled the scene.

The man is described as having light skin, curly light brown hair, a beard, and a neck tattoo of a roaring lion. He stands between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot-3 tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds with a medium build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light blue shirt, a blue vest, blue jeans, and black gym shoes.
