In recent developments, Orange County health inspectors have ordered the closure of several restaurants and food vendors due to health violations. Among them is Nutricion Poderosa located at 932 S. Euclid St. in Anaheim, which was closed on April 17 due to a cockroach infestation. Despite this setback, it was able to reopen on April 19 after taking necessary actions to eliminate the issue.

Another establishment, Pepz Pizza & Eatery at 646 S. Brookhurst St. in Anaheim, also faced closure on April 24 for a similar infestation of cockroaches. However, it was allowed to reopen on the same day after taking necessary actions to address the problem.

Meanwhile, Pad Thai located at 12620 Westminster Ave., Suite A in Santa Ana was closed on April 24 due to a rodent infestation. However, it was able to reopen on April 25 after rectifying the issue. These closures and reopenings are tracked weekly by the OC Health Care Agency to ensure the safety and well-being of patrons. Status updates are provided in the following week’s list, which is sourced from the OC Health Care Agency database.
