The Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove has seen significant growth in recent years, with plans to expand a proposed building by Endeavor Development. The Maple Grove City Council recently approved an amendment to allow for a 198,000-square-foot building, which is larger than the previous proposal of 158,000 square feet. This new building will be the ninth addition to the park and is expected to accommodate a variety of potential tenants.
Endeavor Development stated that the larger size of the building is in response to market demand and will likely create more job opportunities in the area. The proposed building will be situated west of the Boston Scientific building currently under construction, with space for as many as 1,600 employees. Ryan Cos. is working on a 400,000-square-foot campus for Boston Scientific employees.
The development of the former gravel mining area in Maple Grove continues to progress, with more expansion and job opportunities on the horizon. The ongoing growth and development in the area are positive signs for economic growth and prosperity in the community. While specific users for the new building have not been determined yet, it’s anticipated that construction will begin by next spring.
