The upcoming High Limit Racing Bob Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway is shaping up to be an even more exciting event with the addition of three World of Outlaws stars. Outlaws points leader David Gravel, 2023 Eldora Million winner Logan Schuchart, and two-time WoO winner Brock Zearfoss are all chasing the $75,000 prize and the coveted bull trophy at “The Speed Palace.”
Gravel, Schuchart, and Zearfoss made the decision to compete in the Weikert Memorial due to their love for Port Royal Speedway and the large cash prize. Gravel expressed his admiration for the track and the growth of big events held there, making it one of the top tracks in the country. The opportunity to race for $75,000 was a major draw for the drivers, especially with their previous experience and success at Port Royal.
In addition to these three Outlaws stars, Port Royal’s lineup already includes Brad Sweet, Rico Abreu, Tyler Courtney, Anthony Macri, and Lance Dewease. Saturday’s schedule includes hot laps starting at 5:15 p.m. ET, followed by qualifying, heat races, a C-Main, and a B-Main leading up to the 29-lap main event. Limited Late Models will also be featured in Saturday night’s action.
