Saudi Arabia is set to see a new Trump Tower as the Trump Organization and Dar Global have announced plans to develop a residential project in Jeddah. The focus of these plans is to target the luxury Saudi market as well as international investors. Alongside the progress of Saudia Arabia’s Neom megacity, the kingdom is moving ahead with other luxury projects as well.
In Oman, the Trump Organization and Dar Global have also announced a similar deal for a $500 million Trump International hotel complex. Although developers have the license to use the Trump branding, the Trump International Oman project is not owned by the Trump Organization. This collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization aims to attract more international investors and vacationers to the region.
Saudi Arabia is making efforts to appeal to the luxury international market, setting itself apart from neighboring Dubai by initiating various luxury projects. Among these projects is the development of resorts along the Red Sea, with Sindalah being one of the island resorts geared towards luxury clientele. Scheduled to open by the end of the year, Sindalah is expected to set a new standard for luxury travel and living.
