The 2024/25 FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup tour is set to kick off in January, with the first stop in Scuol, Switzerland for a parallel giant slalom event on January 11. The tour will then head to Austria for a highlight night slalom in Bad Gastein, followed by the first team event of the season on January 14-15. Next, the action moves to Bulgaria’s Bansko for double PGS action on January 18-19, before wrapping up an action-packed month in Slovenia’s Rogla on January 25.
As the season progresses, February will see the tour travel to Canada for two PGS competitions at the new World Cup venue in Val St. Come on February 8-9. Despite being a newcomer to hosting snowboard alpine events, Val St. Come has a history of hosting big events, including the moguls World Cup competition. The tour will then return to Europe, with a stop in Poland’s Krynica for two PGS events on February 15-16.
After a short break, the tour will conclude in Germany’s Winterberg for the season’s grand finale, featuring a PSL and a team event on March 15-16. This will be just before the pinnacle event of the season at the Engadin 2025 World Championships, where the snowboard alpine events will take place on March 20-23. Overall, fans can expect an exhilarating season with 12 stops across nine countries and a lineup of 19 events, including parallel slalom, parallel giant slalom, and parallel team competitions.
