The City of Rochester has announced a significant step forward in the construction of the Regional Sports & Recreation Complex. The Rochester City Council has approved an Operations and Programming Services agreement with Oak View Group/Sports Academy for the design and construction phases of the project.
The $65 million project will cover all aspects, including site acquisition, construction, and soft costs. The city is currently in the process of selecting a site for the facility, with a goal to have it open by late 2026.
