The Beal Botanical Garden is hosting free yoga sessions in partnership with MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services, University Health and Wellbeing, Student Life & Engagement, and the Beal Botanical Garden this summer. The initiative aims to provide health and well-being opportunities for Spartans to feel their best.
This year, participants do not need to register in advance for each session. However, they are advised to bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and dress appropriately for the weather. In case of inclement weather, cancellations will be communicated through social media. The yoga sessions will take place under the ginkgo tree in the garden throughout the season.
The sessions are divided into three parts: Summer I includes sessions on May 28, June 11, 18, and 25; Summer II includes sessions on July 9, 16, 23
