Cloud CMA, offered by Lone Wolf, provides real-time reports, presentation tools and other resources that are designed to help agents showcase their expertise to clients during the process of buying and selling homes.
Lone Wolf Technologies has also partnered with other MLS organizations such as the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) to offer innovative tools like HomeSpotter, a mobile home search app. According to a recent study conducted by Lone Wolf and T360, real estate brokerages are increasingly utilizing software tools with the average brokerage using 20 different software solutions daily.
In response to current events and market conditions, Lone Wolf has launched the Lone Wolf Foundation which is aimed at supporting the development of new products and initiatives in the coming year. Lisa Mihelcich from Lone Wolf emphasized the importance of real estate agents proving their value to clients and finding opportunities for growth even during uncertain times.
