Whether you need help with signing up a guest for a Target Circle Card or restarting a cash register, Store Companion can provide assistance within seconds, all from a handheld device.
In addition to helping team members, Target is using AI to improve its digital services for customers as well. The enhanced product pages and smart search features on Target.com make it easier for customers to find what they need. For example, searching for “summer party” will display a selection of relevant items, from party supplies to snacks.
