Revamped Wings for Life World Run Promises to Cure Spinal Cord Injuries with New Branding, Arena and Unique Format

The Wings for Life World Run has been revamped with new branding and an arena, as well as special promotions to entice fans to sign up for the event. On May 5 at 7 am ET, the run will take place globally and aim to raise crucial funds for research on finding a cure for spinal cord injuries.

With over 200,000 participants from 195 countries annually, the Wings for Life World Run is the world’s largest running event. Participants of all abilities are welcome to join in, whether they run, walk or roll in a wheelchair.

What sets the Wings for Life World Run apart is its unique format. There is no fixed finish line; instead, a virtual “Catcher Car” starts 30 minutes after the race begins. Once the Catcher Car overtakes you, your race is complete. This format ensures that individuals of all fitness levels can participate in the event.
