Procter & Gamble Announces Relocation of Thousands of Jobs to Downtown Cincinnati and Mason Business Innovation Center by 2026

2 min read

Procter & Gamble Co. has announced plans to relocate thousands of jobs starting at the end of 2024. The company will be transitioning its Cincinnati-area-based roles at the Winton Hill Business Center to either P&G’s General Offices in downtown or the Mason Business & Innovation Center in Mason. This transition will be rolled out over the next five years.

Roughly 300 employees are scheduled to transition to P&G’s General Offices by the end of this year, with others moving to the Mason Business Innovation Center beginning in 2026 and beyond. P&G, a leading consumer goods corporation in the U.S., did not specify the exact number of jobs that will be moving to Mason, but the transition will be done in multiple phases.

The Winton Hill Business Center has been home to parts of P&G’s baby, family, and feminine care businesses since some jobs were moved downtown in 2016. The center, which first opened in 1958 and was last renovated in 2005, has housed research labs, planning and logistics teams, and food-brand headquarters over the years. However, as technology advances and innovation needs grow, P&G has decided that it is time for a change.

P&G stated that they remain committed to Greater Cincinnati, where they have been headquartered since 1837. The decision to relocate to the downtown offices and Mason center was based on meeting the company’s innovation needs with state-of-the-art laboratories and offices. As part of this transition, P&G is investing heavily in new technologies and facilities that will enable them to stay competitive in today’s rapidly changing marketplace.
