Before joining the Sharks, Warsofsky was head coach of Chicago Wolves in AHL, where he led them to a Calder Cup victory in 2022. He has also served as head coach in AHL and ECHL, with his coaching experience and success making him well-suited to lead San Jose into a new direction.
