A recent study by Great Place to Work® has ranked the top companies to work for in Argentina. The rankings are based on the opinions of over 140,000 employees from 350 companies. In the category of companies with over 1000 employees, Cervecería Quilmes took the top spot, followed by Accenture and McDonald’s. Other companies in the top 10 list included Orders Now, Ualá, Cargill, Banco Macro, Molinos, Curtiembre Arlei, and SAP.
In the category of companies with 251 to 1000 employees, DHL Express rose to first place, with Hilton and AES Servicios America following behind. For companies with up to 250 employees, LinkSolution claimed the top spot, with BASE4 Security and Adila Fin & Pay in second and third place respectively.
The ranking is determined by employee responses to a survey that assesses their workplace experiences. The latest edition of the ranking highlighted the importance of pride among employees in driving business results and talent retention.
The study also noted positive trends in communication, credibility, respect, and purpose among the ranked companies. However, some areas for improvement were identified such as perceptions of credibility among different hierarchies and age groups.
