Richard Childress Racing is set to announce changes to its competition personnel ahead of the upcoming trip to Martinsville Speedway. The changes include Austin Dillon having a new crew chief for the remaining seasons, with Justin Alexander returning to the No. 3 pit box to replace Keith Rodden, who had joined RCR and the No. 3 team earlier in the 2023 season. Additionally, Joel Keller has been named as the lead engineer of the No. 3 team.
The significance of these personnel changes cannot be overstated, as Martinsville Speedway holds a special connection with the winningest Cup team in NASCAR history.
