Nepal’s Rising Stars and Veteran Players Set for T20 World Cup Glory

Nepal’s senior squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 includes several talented young players, including Gulshan Jha and Pratis GC. These players have earned their spots in the squad by showcasing their potential on the international stage, including in the U19 World Cup earlier this year.

Alongside these young stars, Nepal’s debut campaign player Sompal Kami will also be part of the squad. Known for his fast bowling and all-rounder skills, he brings valuable experience and leadership to the team. Another key player is Karan KC, a cult hero who has been a part of Nepal’s cricket scene for many years and will bring stability and guidance to the group.

Led by left-arm orthodox spinner Lalit Rajbanshi, Nepal’s spin attack is expected to be a crucial factor in their success in the tournament. With a blend of youth and experience, Nepal aims to make a mark on the global stage in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

The ICC has announced that all squads for the T20 World Cup have been finalized, but teams still have until May 25th to make any changes to their roster. Any alterations after this date will require approval from the Event Technical Committee.
