In response to new sanctions against Russia, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Oracle have been ordered to limit or completely block access to numerous cloud services from Russian companies and organizations. The restrictions target companies and organizations in industries such as architecture, design, construction, manufacturing, media, education, entertainment, building information modeling (BIM), computer-aided design (CAD), and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). Individual persons are not affected by these restrictions.
