Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, has amassed over 10 properties throughout the world, including a sprawling California compound and acres of land on Hawaiian islands. As one of the world’s richest individuals, his real estate portfolio reflects his estimated $180 billion fortune.
Zuckerberg’s real estate dealings are often kept private, utilizing limited-liability companies and addresses linked to investment management firm Iconiq Capital. With an assessed value of around $200 million, his properties are likely worth far more than reported. One of his Hawaiian holdings is the Koolau Ranch, which is being prepared for worst-case scenarios and is said to be worth over $41 million. However, Zuckerberg paid much more to acquire and develop the land for this project alone – an estimated $270 million.
Despite the secrecy surrounding Zuckerberg’s real estate endeavors, it is clear that he values privacy in such matters. The creation of his Koolau Ranch compound is just one example of his inclination towards privacy in these matters.
