Local Health Department Seeking Community Feedback through CBANS Survey to Improve Well-being

2 min read

In an effort to improve the health and well-being of the residents in the local area, the Trumbull Health Department, as part of the Health Improvement Alliance (HIA), is collaborating with community partners to administer the DataHaven Community-Based Assets and Needs Survey (CBANS). The HIA was established in 2003 with the goal of addressing the health needs of Greater Bridgeport, which includes several surrounding areas such as Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford, and Trumbull.

The purpose of this voluntary survey is to gain insight into the quality of life and key issues affecting individuals in our community. Your feedback will be essential in guiding enhancements to programs and services in our region and will assist organizations in determining where to focus their efforts and resources. The survey is quick and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Rest assured, all responses will remain anonymous and confidential.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can reach out to info@ctdatahaven.org. To learn more about HIA’s work in improving public health in Greater Bridgeport and beyond, visit www.hia-ct.org. Your participation in this important survey is greatly appreciated and will contribute to a better future for our community members. Click on this link to access the survey:
