In a statement, Iran declared that their operation against Israel has been successfully completed and they have no intention of continuing. The Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohammad Bagheri, confirmed that the strikes achieved all their goals. He warned Israel against retaliating, stating that Tehran’s response would be far greater than the military action that had taken place.
Hossein Salami, commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, echoed Bagheri’s sentiments, stating that the operation was carried out successfully and exceeded expectations. He also advised the Israeli regime to learn a lesson from this.
However, on the other hand, the Israeli army claimed that they intercepted most of the drones and missiles launched by Iran along with their allies. They reported minor damage to only one military facility. The Israeli army spokesman declared that Iran’s attack had been thwarted.
Tensions between Iran and Israel remain high in wake of this conflict with threats of continued retaliation on both sides. The situation remains tense and ongoing negotiations are crucial for preventing further escalation of violence.
