On Sunday, the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida was transformed into an Easter egg-xpedition venue. The four-hour event offered a range of activities for families to enjoy. Face painting, arts and crafts, music from a DJ and multiple Easter egg hunts were among the highlights. For Chantie Cranston, who is new to the area, attending the event was a great way to explore and see what Ocala had to offer.
The first egg hunt was for children under nine years old while the second one was for kids ages 10 and up. Excited participants shared that six golden eggs were hidden in the arena, and those who found them received special prizes. One young egg hunter, Aeriana Lofton, expressed her excitement about going home to paint eggs with her family for Easter.
In addition to the egg hunts, attendees also took part in cookie and egg decorating activities. Many suggested that they would like to see even more eggs and prizes at the event next year. Overall, the Easter egg-xpedition at the World Equestrian Center was a fun-filled day for families in the Ocala community to come together and enjoy the holiday festivities.
