In a trial in Budapest, Hungarian judge Josef Szos made a mistake by revealing the address where Ilaria Salis is under house arrest after her release, as reported by legal sources. This revelation caused a murmur in the courtroom and protests from both Hungarian colleagues and Roberto Salis, the lawyer Mauro Straini explained to AGI. Despite the protests, the judge only ordered the address to be deleted from the minutes and not disclosed to journalists after the damage had already been done. Judge Szos extended Salis’s precautionary custody in Hungary for another six months, rejecting repeated requests to have her under house arrest in Italy.
