The 25-year-old midfielder, Herbie Kane, has signed a three-year deal with Huddersfield Town after leaving Barnsley at the end of his contract. Kane, who started his career at Liverpool, played under Huddersfield’s former manager Michael Duff during his time at Barnsley.
During his time at Barnsley, Kane made 43 League One appearances and scored nine goals. He is excited about joining Huddersfield and said, “I couldn’t be happier to be joining Huddersfield Town at such an exciting time.” He added that he is really looking forward to the season ahead and working hard alongside his new teammates in pre-season.
Kane’s job now is to do everything he can once the season starts to ensure that they get off to a great start and keep the momentum up across what is always a tough division.
