Gwyneth Paltrow’s venture into the food industry has expanded beyond salads and chicken to include pasta and pizza at Goop Superfina. The menu features 10 different square pizzas and four varieties of pasta, all carefully curated with Paltrow having the final say on the tasting panel.
The gluten-free pizza dough at Goop Superfina was developed over a year by chef Floresca, with the goal of creating pizzas that could stand on their own without the need for labels like “gluten-free.” The menu includes classic flavors like pepperoni, cheese, and Margherita, as well as unique options such as “Field of Greens,” “Shroom Shroom,” and a barbecue chicken pizza named after Paltrow’s son.
Goop Superfina officially launched in August 2022, featuring a range of pasta, sides like broccoli or meatballs, and Goop Kitchen salads to round out the offerings. A reviewer recruited friends and family to sample two pizzas, two pastas, and a salad from the menu. With prices ranging from $14.50 to $22.95 per pie, the menu promises a variety of flavors designed to appeal to different tastes. Whether diners were aware of the gluten-free nature of the dough or not, the goal was for everyone to enjoy the food.
