A business owner from Boston is making waves in the food industry by shipping Chinese delicacies from the Boston area to customers across the country. The founder of Bamboos Nation Interstate, Jim Lawlor, recognized a demand for unique tastes and decided to create his own venture to meet that need.
Lawlor believes that New England has a special sauce that people are craving, and he wants to share it with those who have moved away but still miss the local Chinese cuisine. Customers can enjoy favorites like Kowloon and Fantasy Island no matter where they live, as well as dishes from Tahiti Restaurant and Imperial Garden.
Lawlor’s goal is to bring the taste of New England Chinese cuisine to those who miss it, believing that Chinese food is often associated with important and special moments in people’s lives. He wants to help them relive those memories through his food shipments, sending not just food but also happiness, memories, and nostalgia.
