Experience the Thrill of the Downhill World Cup at Les Gets: Exclusive Look at Qualifying, Race and Fantasy Downhill League Contest!

The fifth round of the 2024 Downhill World Cup series is set to take place at the renowned venue of Les Gets in France. This time, the event is happening in the Haute Savoie region and will feature some of the best downhill riders in the world.

Fans can expect to see top riders from various categories, including elite men, elite women, junior women, and junior men, competing on this challenging course. Riders will be gearing up for qualifying on Friday followed by the main race on Saturday. The official Qualifying start list will be updated once riders have confirmed their attendance with the organizers.

In addition to the excitement of watching these top riders compete, fans can also participate in a contest called Pinkbike Fantasy Downhill League in Association with Five Ten. This contest is open to legal residents of Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Germany, United Kingdom, and 50 United States and DC. Participants have a chance to win prizes in this contest, which runs from March 18, 2024, to October 6, 2024.

The grand prize includes a cash portion of 5,000 USD that will be awarded in different forms depending on where the winner is from. US and Canadian winners will receive a check for USD 5,000 while winners from Australia will receive bank wire transfers based on their local currency’s current foreign exchange rate. Winners outside North America will receive cash prizes in their local currency based on current exchange rates.
