Development Camp: Los Angeles Kings Host Annual Event, Featuring Prospects and Player Development Staff

The Los Angeles Kings are set to host their annual Development Camp at the Toyota Sports Performance Center in El Segundo, California from July 1st to July 3rd. This year’s camp will feature prospects from recent NHL Drafts as well as other camp invites who will be participating in on-ice sessions led by the Kings Player Development Staff.

The three-day event will include daily practices and scrimmages conducted by the Kings Player Development Staff, which includes Glen Murray, Mike Donnelly, Sean O’Donnell, Jarret Stoll, Matt Greene, Jeremy Clark, and Adam Brown. Guest coaches Stephane Richer, Serge Aubin, and Rob Collins from Eisbaeren Berlin will also be in attendance.

Players and Player Development Staff will be available to the media at the conclusion of their first on-ice practice session on July 1st as well as after the scrimmages on July 2nd and 3rd. The schedule for the camp is as follows:

July 1st:

9:30am – Forward Group practice

11:00am – Defense Group practice

3:00pm – Forward Group practice

4:00pm – Defense Group practice

July 2nd:

9:30am – Defense Group practice

11:00am – Forward Group practice

3:00pm – Scrimmage session between forward groups and defense groups

7:30pm – Camp roster announcement and media availability with players and staff members present.
