Reno, Sparks and Washoe are the communities that Kingsley is excited to make an impact on. As a leader in public health, his vision is focused on prevention and promotion. He believes that improving financial sustainability is crucial in increasing access to healthcare services. Kingsley has valuable insights into cultural barriers within healthcare systems as he started his medical career in Mexico.

Kingsley holds a medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and a master of business administration from Western Governors University. His commitment to serving underserved and tribal communities is a top priority for him, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, trustworthiness, and understanding cultural nuances when working with minority communities.

Before taking on his current role, Kingsley served as the public health director for Mohave County in Kingman, Arizona, where he managed public health crises such as a salmonella outbreak and an active tuberculosis case. Prior to that, he worked with the Southern Nevada Health District for a decade. Kingsley speaks Spanish fluently and has experience working with diverse communities. He is excited about exploring northern Nevada and beginning a new chapter with his family.
