Armstrong World Industries Declares $0.28 Per Share Dividend for Stockholders

Armstrong World Industries, Inc., a leading company in the design and manufacture of ceiling and wall solutions, has announced that it will pay out a cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock to its stockholders. This dividend is scheduled to be paid on May 23, 2024, to those stockholders who are recorded as of May 9, 2024.

The decision to declare and distribute future dividends and capital allocations will be determined by the Board of Directors based on various factors including the company’s financial position, operational results, and cash flow.
